Via the contact form on this website we collect your name, email address, optionally your company, the type of project you are interested in, and your message. We process this information exclusively to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measure) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in processing inquiries).

4. Free tools under /tools

The brand kit extractor and the video call background generator work with a web address you enter. Only that address is transmitted, and only the publicly available start page of the named domain is read. The logo, the colour values and the typeface information are returned to your browser and processed there. The generated picture is produced entirely in your browser and is not transmitted to us. We store neither the logo nor the generated picture.

For technical reasons we process your IP address with every request. It is held in memory solely to limit the number of requests (ten per hour), is not stored permanently and is not combined with other data. The result of a request is cached for 24 hours under the domain requested, so that a repeated request does not open the third-party page again. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing the service and protecting it from abuse).

Processing takes place on a server in Germany. By using the tools you confirm that you are entitled to use the brand you enter.

5. Cookies & Tracking

This website does not use any analytics or tracking tools and no advertising cookies. Only a technically necessary, local storage of your theme preference (light/dark) is used in your browser. No personal data is processed and no consent is required (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, legitimate interest in a properly functioning display).

Data submitted via the contact form is not passed on to third parties, except where required by law or necessary for the performance of a contract.
