Why your own server instead of a cloud subscription?
A cloud subscription is rented access: your documents travel to a provider, and the price grows with every employee you add. Your own server turns that around. The machine runs in a German data centre under your company's name, the monthly fee stays the same whether five or fifty people use it, and confidential input never leaves the building you control.

Where is your data while the AI is answering?
On your server, and nowhere else. The language model runs on the same machine that holds your documents, so a question about a contract never becomes an API request to a third party. What leaves the server is what you deliberately send out: your email, your website, nothing else.

What runs on your server?
Not one product, but a set of proven open source building blocks that we assemble, secure and keep up to date. You use them through the browser, each one under its own subdomain of your company domain. Every block has an open interface, which is what lets the automation move data between them and lets the AI search your knowledge instead of just your file names.

Which size fits your company?
The difference is the hardware and with it the size of the language model. Mini runs the full stack on a dedicated server without a graphics card, Medium adds a small GPU for speed and several people working at once, Maxi is built for large models and large volumes of data.

Contact usThe server rent goes directly from you to the data centre in Germany, the management fee comes to us. All amounts are net and the rents are as of August 2026; the data centre charges a one-off provisioning fee between €114 and €599. Minimum term 12 months.
Mini and Medium end up at almost the same monthly figure. The machine in the Mini package has more cores and more memory, the one in Medium has the graphics card instead. If the AI is the point, take Medium; if database, automation and knowledge set the tone, Mini is enough.
One honest limit: the 7 to 8B model in the Mini package is not a replacement for ChatGPT. It summarises, drafts and finds things in your own documents reliably; for long reasoning chains you want Medium or Maxi. We would rather tell you that now than after the invoice.

Questions that reach us again and again
Do we need our own IT people for this?+
No. We install, secure and operate the server, and your people only ever see the browser. What you need internally is one person who decides which processes should run on it, not somebody who administers Linux.
What happens if the server fails?+
Monitoring alerts us, not you, and backups are taken daily and stored separately. A dedicated server in a German data centre can be replaced within hours, and your data comes back from the backup onto the new machine.
Is the small model a replacement for ChatGPT?+
For summaries, drafts and questions about your own documents it is genuinely good. For long chains of reasoning or complex code it is not, and that is what the Medium and Maxi packages exist for. We say this before the contract, not after it.
Who owns the server and the data?+
You do. The contract with the data centre runs in your company's name, and the data sits on that machine. We hold administrative access to operate the system, on the basis of a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR.
How long does the setup take?+
Two to three weeks from the signed concept to a system you can work with. Before that there is your enquiry and about five days for the written concept, so plan for around a month in total.
What does the server itself cost on top?+
The machine in the Mini package currently costs €259 per month, the one in Medium €234 and the one in Maxi from €1,199, all net, plus a one-off provisioning fee. You pay that directly to the data centre, which is exactly what keeps the contract and the hardware in your name.
Can we upgrade later?+
Yes. The stack is the same in all three packages, so an upgrade means a stronger machine and a larger model, not a new project. Your data, workflows and knowledge base move with you.
What happens if we cancel?+
You keep the server, the data and the applications, because all of it is open source and runs in your name. We hand over the documentation and remove our access; there is no export you have to buy.
